Techstars Startup Weekend Hudson Valley
An Immersive Three-Day Experience Offers Entrepreneurs Opportunity to Pitch & Launch New Ventures in Front of All-Star cast of Local Investors, Mentors, and Judges (In Person).
Dates: July 9th-11th
The 54-hour event will be held at the Barnfox Work & Retreat Club in the Stockade District, located on 291 Wall St, 4th floor, Kingston, NY 12401.
The kick off on Friday, July 9th at 6pm will feature an industry mixer event bringing the regions investors, mentors, and entrepreneurs together for the first time since the pandemic.
Participants will pitch startup ideas, form teams, build on their idea alongside mentors and advisors throughout the weekend, then launch their startup in front of an esteemed panel of judges that currently include Dennis Crowley (Co-founder of Foursquare) and Steve Shiffman
(former CEO of Calvin Klein) — new judges and mentors will be announced weekly until the launch of the event. The winning team receives a prize package worth over $3,000.
Startup Weekend Hudson Valley will mark the first Techstars event to be held in person in New York State since the pandemic.

This is an in-person event at Barnfox in Kingston, bringing together designers, developers, marketers, startup enthusiasts, and established entrepreneurs based in or near the Hudson Valley and from Techstars. Participants select ideas with the most promise and make as much progress as possible, with business leaders and mentors on-hand to share insights and experience through the entire weekend. After 54 hours thrilling hours, teams pitch to a diverse panel of judges from the most innovative and impactful companies.
