OpenHub is proud to congratulate the graduates of Digital and IT Foundations at Orange-Ulster Boces!

Our 5-month program, developed in partnership with Orange One Stop, provides reskilling for adults in the community.This is just one way OpenHub works to teach digital skills for job readiness in the tech sector. When it comes to digital citizenship, nobody should get left behind.

Thanks to HireTech and WOIA grants provided by Orange Works, we were able to run this program through Orange-Ulster Boces. Special thanks to Mr. Lionel Williams to make this program possible!

This program was designed with objective to introduce students to opportunities and career path in the tech field, while helping them to be job-ready in this digital world. It allows them to get a foot in the door of hitech industry, stand apart from other applicants with their #DigitalSkills.
With Digital Citizenship, G-Suite, Tech support fundamentals and Web Development 101 this was a well rounded program allowing to:

• gain the better grasp on what tech industry needs, and roles available right now and here
• get soft skills needed in tech industry
• get real digital skills needed in any industry.

And our students are ready to explore entry position in tech / with tech. We are happy to recommend them!
