Coding Club: January 2022

Welcome to join, let's help each other. We encourage questions and collaborative challenges, showcases and co-learning opportunities.
This time we want discuss your goals and showcase your code, speak about your Hackathon experience, share your portfolio building experience, discuss opportunities for your projects. Can these lead to your future startup / unicorn?

We would also like to hear your thoughts about collaborative environment and community building. How can it make a difference for your professional and personal growth?

Did you make your wish list yet?
2022 is destined to help your personal and professional growth. Dream big, make a SMART wish list and we will discuss how we can help each other toward your goals.

We will use some interesting tools for planning this year of growth. But first things first - let us know your feedback for OpenHub's efforts in 2021:

  • WHAT did you LIKE,
  • WHAT did you DISLIKE
  • WHAT WAS UNIQUE
  • and WHAT WOULD BE HELPFUL.

You can use this form https://forms.gle/ekXTUUizxaR7CeHh8 or email me at Yulia@OpenHubProject.com, whatever is easier.

That's what we usually at the Coding Clubs:

  • - Network with purpose
  • - Bring your challenge to solve
  • - Share or learn new tools
  • - Find free and open source tools, platforms and environments
  • - Interested to tweak your idea or code further to pursue it as a collaborative startup / open source idea?
  • - Want to do fun debugging

  • - Get match to a job

Every month we mix and mingle,  getting together around technology to share and co-learn together, discussing an advanced topic or working on some projects in collaboration setup. There is usually no mentor, but lightning talks or presenter. We re t is a group of experts sharing their experience, providing use-cases and more. If you'd like to share your experience and guide some activities, please let us know! You can always submit your lightning talk using this form

We always start with a quick networking / intros: 100 seconds for Everyone to introduce themselves to the group. We want to know who you are, what you do, language or technology focus, and what you're looking to get out of this group in the future! What resources do you use to learn it? To progress? To find job? What kind of job?
